Number Activations Specialist

A company is looking for a Number Activations Specialist to manage orders and provide customer support in the Service Activations team.

Key Responsibilities

Process and coordinate porting activity for various order types

Manage complex projects and customer escalations with carriers

Monitor work queues to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in local number portability and carrier management

3+ years of customer service experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Experience with Neustar and Carrier Service Dashboard / Portal

Bachelor's degree required
