Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and field service technicians
Dispatch field service representatives and manage service requests efficiently
Utilize web-based tools for remote diagnostics and monitor systems for timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical experience
Intermediate knowledge of satellite television systems and RF distribution
Must have a wired internet connection
Basic understanding of local networking and subnets is preferred
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and CRM programs
