A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to contribute to its legal strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to streamline deal closures while ensuring legal compliance

Negotiate commercial contracts for AI solutions with healthcare providers globally

Design and implement a privacy program to ensure compliance with HIPAA and safeguard sensitive data

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in negotiating commercial contracts in a B2B SaaS environment

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution and active membership in a U.S. state bar

Background in healthcare technology or artificial intelligence

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and develop legal strategies in emerging fields

Strong track record of building cross-functional relationships and adapting communication styles
