Job descriptionRespond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up with potential customers. Provide product recommendations, pricing, and technical information. Troubleshoot HVAC system-related customer inquiries over the phone. Manage order entry and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery. Maintain strong client relationships, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service. 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or HVAC-related roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a plus). Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently. Base Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience). Annual Performance-Based Bonus Health Insurance. Paid Time Off (PTO) & Company Holidays. Comprehensive training and career development opportunities.

Customers include end users, engineers, wholesalers, and contractors across Florida and the Caribbean.
