Key Responsibilities
Analyze appraisals and BPOs to provide independent valuation recommendations
Evaluate location characteristics and market conditions to assess property values
Prepare detailed due diligence reports and synthesize findings for executive review
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
3-5 years of experience in real estate valuation, risk analysis, or underwriting
Strong understanding of appraisal methods and property valuation techniques
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with team members involved in the loan approval process
