Applies basic knowledge of compliance, business, analytical, and communication skills to support established compliance programs and processes that promote compliant and ethical behavior, meet regulatory obligations and prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance risks.

Develops standard forms and related materials that meet regulatory and organizational requirements. Communicates and collaborates with internal and external constituents. Provides input for decision-making and influences ethical and compliant outcomes at appropriate levels. Manages routine regulatory tasks, including drafting regulatory correspondence and responding to routine regulatory inquiries. Prepares routine regulatory reports, filings, and follow-ups, and supports regulatory review and audit activities. Contributes to an effective compliance program by assessing risk, auditing, and monitoring compliance, maintaining effective compliance policies and procedures, and facilitating training and ongoing communication with key constituents.

Minimum Requirements :

• Prior experience in a regulatory compliance position in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or related industry.
• 0-2 years work experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Medicaid experience (any area : case management, provider operations, benefits, etc.)
• Legal exposure (e.g., paralegal, contracts, regulatory interpretation)
• Project management interest or experience (e.g., Six Sigma, process improvement)

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $43,888.00 - $76,500.00
