Spur, a digital staffing agency , is seeking a dedicated and punctual Program Facilitator for Alternative Paths Training School .
Position Overview
The Program Facilitator plays a vital role in implementing individualized applied behavior programming , including direct 1 : 1 treatment for students. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with students in a structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent supervision of students during designated hours.
- Apply basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) , including reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.
- Teach social and daily living skills to students.
- Respond effectively to complex or disruptive behaviors , using intervention strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Foster a fun and motivating atmosphere to encourage student engagement and progress.
- Collect and input data on student progress using an online tracking system.
- Support parents, teachers, and caregivers to ensure program consistency across different environments.
- Implement programs designed by the program team to support student growth and development.
