• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Performance pay based on $40 - 50 per hour

Primary Job Functions : Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Someone who can work and think independently as well as with a team. Present the company's philosophy of caring for the customer in a manner that leaves a favorable impression.
