As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide answers to their inquiries about our products, and recommend tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include :

• Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve sales goals.
• Interacting with customers in person and over the phone to assess their needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Building trustworthy relationships with our wholesale and retail clientele.
• Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintaining meticulous work order files and product formulas.
• Assisting in product selection and preparation from the sales floor and warehouse.
• Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications.
• Stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Cleaning store equipment and assisting in the loading / unloading of delivery trucks.
• Having a proactive approach to maintaining organized and presentable store areas.
• Remaining knowledgeable about new products to guide customers effectively.
• Adhering to inventory control protocols.
• Proposing strategies to enhance sales performance.
