A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee their marketing operations stack.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HubSpot workflows, lead routing, and data reporting
Oversee Apollo sequences and ensure effective SDR queue management
Maintain the Freckle enrichment pipeline and monitor data quality
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations at a high-growth SaaS or PLG company
Deep expertise in HubSpot, including workflows and API integrations
Experience managing outbound tools like Apollo or Outreach at scale
Proficiency in building lead scoring and attribution models
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting for integrations
