Job description

Shares Ownership & Managed Sales Executive

Cutter Aviation is searching for an energetic and knowledgeable Shares Ownership & Managed Sales Executive. The position will function as the primary face of Cutter Aviation and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service. As the external representative of our company, the individual will seek to firmly establish Cutter and themselves as the target market's first choice for charter and aircraft management services.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Use a computerized flight scheduling system to understand aircraft availability
  • Maintain positive relationships with owners and clients and managed customers
  • Direct contact with clients and owners
  • Develop and negotiate aircraft management contracts for Part 135 and Part 91 Fleets
  • Develop and build working relationships with new and existing customers in order to understand their requirements for aircraft ownership and management.
  • Develop, implement and refine an effective marketing strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP).
  • Develop Sales campaigns based on market characteristics.
  • Work with the company President and Flight Manager to formulate and coordinate programs to promote services.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and networking events.
  • Monitor industry trends that may affect business strategies.
  • Stay up to date on competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell charter block-time products.
  • Sales of non-exclusive shared ownership for Pilatus 12 / 24 and HondaJet HA420.

Experience And Capabilities

  • Must have experience in the sale of aircraft and / or charter services.
  • Must have experience in the listing and selling of turbine powered aircraft.
  • Must have experience in negotiating sales contracts, agreements and partnerships.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment in balancing the needs of the customer with the needs of the company.
  • Proven ability to interact in a team environment and work effectively with peers to accomplish objectives.
  • Must be a self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize objectives, maintain focus and demonstrate a results-oriented work ethic.
  • Must be willing to travel (approximately 25-50%)
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized and possess the ability to multitask under pressure of deadline
  • Possess proven skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Professional in appearance and mannerisms
  • Able to develop a friendly rapport
  • Have a sincere desire to assist customers
  • Active listening skills.
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and the ability to meet critical timelines.
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work with little or no supervision and to be able to see "the big picture" with respect to efficiency and profitability.
  • Must be a team player, have great inter-personal skills and the desire to work cross functionally with multiple departments.
  • Education Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Other Requirements

  • Able to pass a drug screening test
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record.
