Badger State Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor for a full-time position based in Neenah. We're looking for a natural leader with a strong background in operations who can inspire and guide a team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams, a safety-first mentality, and a dedication to strengthening team unity through strong interpersonal communication skills.

Primary Duties :

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators in all aspects of the manufacturing process
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Proactively identify and address potential hazards
• Oversee daily production activities to meet efficiency, quality, and output goals
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement process improvements
• Build and maintain a cohesive and effective team on second shift
• Implement strategies for employee retention, professional development, and conflict resolution
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay information, provide feedback, and coordinate with other departments

Schedule : Monday through Thursday from 3 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM.
