Production Supervisor
Location : Oshkosh, WI (Onsite)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend overtime as needed
Compensation : $28 / hr
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production schedules, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives on problem-solving, adapting to change, and holding team members accountable to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations for 1–2 production areas or processes within the facility.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Enforce safety, quality, and 5S standards across the production floor.
- Support troubleshooting of production issues and coordinate timely solutions.
- Drive process improvements through root-cause analysis, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
Required :
High School Diploma or GED plus 3+ years of manufacturing experience, or equivalent education and experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing environment.Preferred :
Previous supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing.Strong organizational and project planning abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What We Offer
