Production Supervisor

Location : Oshkosh, WI (Onsite)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend overtime as needed

Compensation : $28 / hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production schedules, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives on problem-solving, adapting to change, and holding team members accountable to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for 1–2 production areas or processes within the facility.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Enforce safety, quality, and 5S standards across the production floor.
• Support troubleshooting of production issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Drive process improvements through root-cause analysis, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
