Enjoy a fast-paced environment that includes working with a high volume of phone calls, chats, and email inquiries. Multi-task (e.g., finish emails or chat sessions while taking calls). Organize efficiently. Develop and maintain the knowledge base required to properly assist guests in a fast-growing company. De-escalate a guest interaction. Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity. Communicate effectively. Experience with CDK Service Edge is a plus. Be punctual, dependable, with scheduling flexibility. Pass a criminal background check. Stand and walk : Attendants spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership lot and moving vehicles. Lift and push : Must lift up to 50 lbs of equipment and push cars, often in tight spaces. Reach, bend, and stoop : Frequently reach, bend, and stoop to access vehicle doors and features. As a Service Support Specialist , you will be on the front lines of delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in an extremely courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner as part of our call center.
- Schedule service reservations.
- Identify guests' needs, clarify information, and offer assistance and support.
- Respond to guest inquiries via chat.
