Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, students, and airline representatives
Verify and maintain compliance documentation in accordance with TSA and audit requirements
Manage student and training records, ensuring accuracy in rosters and scheduling
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in customer support and document compliance roles
3+ years of experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
Demonstrated data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in compliance or regulatory environments (e.g., medical, legal, or aviation industries)
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
