We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Restaurant Operating Manager to lead our day-to-day operations with the mindset of an owner. The Operating Partner will have significant autonomy and full accountability for the restaurant's success with the support of HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, including financial performance and operational excellence. This role provides invaluable, hands-on experience that mirrors the realities of restaurant ownership, offering a strong foundation for anyone aspiring to own a restaurant in the future.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Drive profitability through effective labor management, cost control, and strategic decision-making.

Analyze P&Ls, develop action plans, and lead the team in meeting revenue and profit goals.

Forecast needs and manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.

Create a positive culture that promotes accountability, growth, and empowerment.

Lead by example through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and proactive leadership.

Maintain a warm, memorable, and hospitality-driven atmosphere for every guest.

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the experience.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution to guest concerns.

Partner with Operating Principle and HRBP on strategic planning, local marketing, and community engagement.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and new revenue channels.

Uphold and champion the brand's mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.

Proven track record of running operations with high autonomy and meeting financial targets.

Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development abilities.

Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team culture.

What We Offer

Salary : $85,000.

Eligible for a performance-based bonus with potential of $30,000 plus annually, tied directly to revenue achievement and prime cost targets.
