Job descriptionBuild genuine guest connections and world class hospitality to make days better Support and work in the kitchen and manage the production process to ensure quality products are delivered Manage all business goals (staffing, payroll, operating expenses, and budgets) Manage the development & training of all employees Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed and maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with the Excellence Log and health department standards Possess and demonstrate a “One team, One goal” philosophy Understand and create partnerships with the community to grow the business and brand 3-5 years of managerial / leadership experience in luxury, hospitality, food service and / or retail industries Bachelor’s Degree in business or hospitality management, preferred Ability to work in multiple regional locations Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs Must have reliable transportation Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead Able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds Free non-slip shoes (annually!) Compensation $92,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year

We're hiring a General Manager to lead the team on delivering an elevated guest experience within the bakery.
