Lead Engineer, Engineering Standards

The Lead Engineer, Engineering Standards will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining engineering standards across our product portfolio. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving standardized engineering practices that ensure product consistency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, product development, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and standardization in the design and deployment of product development.
Minimum Requirements
Education : BS degree of Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.
Experience : 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or standards-focused role.
Travel : 5-10%
Work Schedule : Typical work hours are between 7 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. Monday Friday; Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.
