Position Summary

We are looking for an AP / AR Billing Specialist for our Bluetime division located in Somerset, NJ. The AP / AR & Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing invoicing, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely communication with vendors and customers. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Generate and send invoices to clients; track receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
• Enter vendor bills, match with POs, and process payments in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and customer accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks
• Prepare reports on cash flow, aging balances, and billing status using Excel
• Assist with month-end closing and financial audits
• Support the Operations and Finance teams with ad hoc reporting and analysis
