Fuel Inventory Auditor

Welcome to Love's. We are seeking a Fuel Inventory Auditor to analyze and audit fuel purchases and sales by loads nationwide to ensure accuracy and completeness on each. Communicate with other departments, stores, and third-party suppliers and customers to obtain information needed to verify data on fuel loads. Balance fuel inventory by product and location.

Job Functions :

• Review trends to make informed decisions in order to balance fuel inventory.
• Review load detail in accounting systems and verify accuracy based on paperwork.
• Audit and distribute reports.
• Communicate with various internal departments and external contacts to obtain all necessary detail needed to ensure data on fuel loads is accurate.
• Work cross-functionally with the freight and margin teams to ensure data is accurate.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
