The Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations (Lab) will be responsible for operational oversight of the accounts receivable function to maximize reimbursement. This position ensures department compliance with DaVita policies and federal and state billing regulatory requirements with budget accountability. This position is also responsible for leadership and oversight of teammate performance. This position reports to Director, Revenue Operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES In order of significance, list the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and the typical % of time spent performing them. List only duties with a 5% of Time allocation or greater. All other duties are accounted for in "Other Duties as Assigned" which must remain on all Job Descriptions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION % OF TIME 1. Provides management leadership and oversight to direct reports and teammate performance 30% 2. Manage Revenue Operations processes to ensure both internal and external expectations and performance standards are met 20% 3. Resolves payment disputes with payors, in collaboration with senior leaders of Revenue and Payor Contracting, as appropriate 15% 4. Assesses effectiveness of revenue cycle processes, recommends / implements improvements 15% 5. Acts as subject matter expert in regards to ESRD and / or healthcare reimbursement and industry standards; Facilitates knowledge to key stakeholders 10% 6 Acts as proxy for the Director, Revenue Operations when / where needed 5% 7. Other duties as assigned. 5% Total Allocation of Time 100%
