We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinical research operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and be responsible for ensuring that the research runs efficiently while providing high-quality patient care. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of healthcare regulations to maintain compliance and support the clinical staff.
Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinical research team, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of patient care.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all departments
- Communicate with Physicians
- Payroll, Accounts Payable
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training programs to enhance team performance.
- Implement policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care and office management.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient services and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a positive patient experience.
Experience
Proven experience in practice management or medical office management, preferably in acute care or critical care settings.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.Strong medical background.Demonstrated ability in fiscal management, including budgeting and financial oversight.Experience supervising staff in a healthcare environment, fostering teamwork, and enhancing productivity.Knowledge of best practices in healthcare management to drive operational success.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and director.Benefits :
