Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Supervisors and Guides to enhance member service quality
Oversee daily operations and ensure service goals are met through effective planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member outcomes and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading customer-focused or healthcare teams
Proven ability to coach and develop both leaders and front-line staff
Experience in driving results through data and continuous improvement
Familiarity with Medicare Advantage or healthcare operations is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
