Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center , Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center , Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Henderson Hospital and Valley Health Specialty Hospital, newest facility,

Job Description : Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions : employment, Policy & Procedure interpretation, day to day employee relations, and record-keeping / compliance for employee files.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelors degree in Business / Human Resources Management.

Experience :

Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.

Other :

Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws

Technical Skills :

Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
