Position Overview

You don’t just interpret zoning codes; you shape places where people belong. As our Land Use Planner, you will guide the future of our built environments through planning rooted in purpose, equity, and connection. Land use is more than regulation; its vision is made visible. This role is for someone who understands that how we plan reflects how we value community, ecology, and legacy.

Your Role

• Lead zoning, permitting, master planning, and entitlement processes across a wide range of projects.
• Mentor junior planners to think beyond policy—toward people and place.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and surveyors to embed intention and story into every site plan.
• Represent clients and community in public meetings with clarity, integrity, and emotional presence.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with regulatory agencies, municipalities, and community stakeholders.
