JOB SUMMARY
An Inside Sales Support professional at WRS is responsible for driving new business growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves analyzing sales data, tracking key performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to optimize team performance and achieve sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop and expand add-on business opportunities with existing customers.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the company’s full product line.
- Participate in industry-related training, conferences, seminars, and educational forums to stay current on market trends.
- Collaborate with inside sales consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and business accountability.
- Support the Sales Manager in generating new business strategies to meet sales goals.
- Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
- Enter new leads into Acculynx and assign them appropriately to the Sales Manager or VP of Sales.
- Monitor and follow up on leads and prospects consistently (leads daily; prospects every 3–4 days), assisting sales reps with client communication, scheduling inspections, coordinating adjuster appointments, and verifying insurance-related documentation.
- Provide customers with accurate price quotes in a timely manner.
- Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, provided leads, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct post-project follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and encourage online reviews for sales representatives.
- Support sales reps in review requests by reinforcing the importance of customer feedback (e.g., encouraging Google reviews).
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales operations.

Previous sales experience 5 years or more plusKnowledge in residential roofing systems and terminologyAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamProfessional demeanor both on the phone and in personMust have PC knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office)Previous customer service experienceAbility to remain organized while handling multiple projects / tasksAbility to communicate with co-workers, customers and vendors (verbal and written)Experience in a position that deals with customers (front-line)Must have a valid driver's licenseRoofing knowledge is requiredAssociates degree is a plusLocation- Houston, TX 77075
