Job Details – Telemetry RN Travel Assignment

Assignment Length : 10 weeks

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 2, 2026

Healthcare Setting : Acute Care Hospital

Unit : Telemetry (COL - 6H STU)

Nursing Shift : 3x12-hour day shifts (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM), every other weekend required

Hours per Week : 36

Patient Ratio : 1 : 5

Charting System : Epic

Parking : Free parking lots and garages available

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1470 - $1570

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience

Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State / Compact RN license (pending license considered with proof of application)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

NIHSS certification preferred

Epic charting experience required

Experience managing a 1 : 5 patient ratio in a telemetry unit

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

First-time travel nurses welcome

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias in telemetry patients

Start and maintain IVs for adult and geriatric patients

Deliver direct patient care in a telemetry nursing setting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and social services

Float between similar nursing units as needed

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic

Participate in weekend coverage every other weekend

Respond to rapid response and emergency situations
