Senior Product Manager
NextGear Capital, a Cox Automotive company, is hiring a Senior Product Manager. This innately curious and forward-thinking individual will lead discovery and strategy for a mission-critical product line. Your goal will be to develop and drive a rich understanding for your client and their respective problem space. You will establish the product roadmap, in partnership with the release train product lead while also continuing to assess and measure product performance in the market today. Additionally, you must be capable of presenting to executive audiences and large groups, interviewing end users, and communicating technical information to non-technical people. The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager with demonstrated experience defining, designing, and launching new solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform. This person is also a self-starter who is passionate about problem solving, comfortable operating with direct and indirect influence, acclimates well to change, and is objective and detail oriented.
