Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation and service.

Develop seasonal menus, specials, and ensure adherence to food quality and presentation standards.

Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.

Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to ensure profitability.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment while following all food safety regulations.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or in a similar high-level culinary role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for creative cuisine and dedication to quality.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
