ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General description of main / primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision, this position will :
- Conduct well surveillance for variance in flow rate and pressure, and assist with production optimization activities and programs at the field level, including all forms of artificial lift to help maintain and enhance production rates from the wells.
- Ensure all activities at Production pads and other field activities are performed in accordance with Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) policies.
- On a regular basis, provide guidance and help build safe work habits with the Field Production teams when operating equipment and performing tasks. Develop safe work procedures associated with production operations so it follows all safety and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Provide technical and engineering support to the Production Superintendent, Production Foremen, Construction and Flowback Supervisors, Production Operators and Control Room Operators, such as interpreting graphs and data, identifying areas of concern and answering questions.
- Monitor production to identify problems and maintenance requirements of production wells by data analysis of monitoring systems and reports from Field operators. Troubleshoot the issues, then develop and collaborate with the team to find practical solutions.
- Control, monitor and adjust production parameters to optimize gas production.
- Regularly provide input to the Production leadership team, other supervisors and Midstream teams regarding timelines, coordination and the improvement of operations and maintenance matters related to Production.
- Liaise with other teams, such as Civil Construction, Drilling & Completions and Midstream to ensure the most reasonable and concurrent operations (ConOps) on production pads.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET accredited institution.Field of Study : Engineering.CORE COMPETENCIES

Basic understanding of production engineering and operations.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.Strong analytical, math and problem-solving skills to be able to make accurate calculations, identify deficiencies, address weaknesses and propose solutions.Ability to be detail-oriented, self-starting and work with little supervision while maintaining goals and tasks.Present and demonstrate performance of assigned work.Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships and encourage teamwork.SAFETY SENSITIVE RELATED
