Position Summary

The Mechanical Senior Project Manager is a senior leader responsible for the planning, direction, execution, and financial outcome of large-scale construction projects. This individual will oversee multiple projects or a large program, ensuring alignment with business goals, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development. As a key leader, you’ll act as the face to clients, partners, and internal teams.

Detailed Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Leadership

• Provide executive-level oversight on multiple large-scale design-build MEP projects, including multi-phase and mission-critical projects ($25M to $200M+).
• Guide all phases of the project lifecycle : business development handoff, preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and close-out.
• Drive accountability among Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met or exceeded.
