A Bright Future, Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in our American Canyon location. The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including but not limited to; recruitment, benefit administration, worker's compensation and administration of company policies. This position is hourly, non-exempt, M-F 9-5 : 30.
The ideal person for this position is patient, compassionate, good listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively. The #1 requirement for this role is CONFIDENTIALITY.
Responsibilities :
Ensure that all new hires receive benefit information upon hire, manage all adds / moves / changes for existing employees using the Employee Navigator system. This position manages the Open Enrollment process annually with our benefit broker.
manage the process of setting up a claim and managing the requirements from the carrier for claims.

Every three months, those goals are measured and observed by the participant and their support team.
