Job description

The HR Data Entry Coordinator plays a vital role in our Customer Support department by efficiently managing and processing employee data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This full-time, hourly position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our HR and Customer Support functions.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Verify and cross-check data for consistency and correctness prior to processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and Customer Support to ensure timely updates and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of important HR reports and data summaries as required.
  • Handle confidential employee information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Respond efficiently to data-related queries and requests from the HR and Customer Support teams.
  • Monitor HR systems for data integrity and report any inconsistencies promptly.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing employee data changes effectively.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in an HR or Customer Support setting.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and databases, along with strong technical skills in tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working as part of a team to meet departmental goals.
