Business Execution Consultant 1 Contingent
This Business Execution Consultant 1 role provides support for low-complexity Business Execution initiatives with narrow impact and defined scope. The consultant will work under supervisory direction to complete tactical deliverables related to access governance, role alignment, and documentation. The work primarily involves creating and maintaining system access matrices, aligning job roles, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across business lines.
The role requires strong Excel capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures while developing understanding of business execution policies, controls, and compliance expectations.
Top requirements include:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Ability to follow direction, exercise judgment within defined parameters, and complete assigned low-risk tasks accurately.
Plusses include:
- Experience using approved AI tools to support technical or analytical tasks.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain system access matrices for multiple business lines.
- Align job roles to access matrices in accordance with documented requirements.
- Use Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze, organize, and validate data.
- Review basic policies, procedures, and requirements related to access and execution tasks.
- Apply technical and critical-thinking skills to resolve basic or tactical issues.
- Follow supervisory guidance and complete tasks within defined parameters and deadlines.
- Provide requested information to client personnel supporting Business Execution needs.
- Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule (target completion by YE 2026).
- Support hybrid work expectations; attend 100% onsite training as required.
