Service Technician (Growing, reputable company seeks Burnsville / Yancey County, NC area Techs and Apprentices)

With more than 80 branch locations, Blossman Gas is the largest independent propane company in America. Our Service Technicians regularly install propane tanks for residential and commercial customers, as well as install, service, and maintain gas comfort equipment such as water heaters, dryers, ranges / stoves, fireplaces, generators, and more.  Those at the Apprentice level get the opportunity to learn alongside seasoned, trained Technicians while also receiving classroom instruction and hand-on coaching. This is a great position for someone who has prior propane, appliance installation / repair, or mechanical experience and would enjoy working locally.

The position requires customer service skills, occasional on-call duty, and being a contributing member of a team environment. There is a lot of growth potential with this particular opening and our company. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must.
