Pay Rate : Depending on Experience

As a Chiller Technician, you will be responsible for the following :

• Maintaining and Servicing HVAC systems (Hydronic, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, Forced Air, Heat Pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, Heat
• Maintaining tools, supplies, and equipment
• Diagnosing / troubleshooting centrifugal and screw technology and HVACR equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment
• Following all safety requirements and using appropriate PPE
• Maintaining expenses through planned courses of action
• Keeping appropriate records
• Having the Flexibility to work extended shifts (overtime as required)
• Maintaining professional appearance
