Business Intelligence Lead

We're looking for a hands-on BI Lead to drive and enhance our business intelligence reporting and governance within a hub-and-spoke model. This role requires strong expertise in building impactful reports and dashboards using Sigma, managing BI content developed by the central team (hub), and overseeing BI initiatives across decentralized functional teams (spokes). You will partner across teams to ensure clear ownership, reduce report duplication, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency in BI deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Sigma or comparable BI platforms.
• Lead BI governance by managing report and dataset ownership, enforcing development standards, and coordinating work across centralized and decentralized BI contributors.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align BI efforts with strategic goals and avoid redundancy.
• Facilitate training and enablement to empower business users while maintaining control over BI assets.
• Continuously improve BI processes and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency, clarity, and user satisfaction.
