Lead IT Security Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Governance Risk Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex risk and compliance issues

Drive strategic initiatives to mature the organization's security governance framework and risk management processes

Coordinate cross-functional teams during audits, assessments, and remediation efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Five to seven years of IT Security or Audit experience

Minimum of two years in a leadership or team lead capacity within IT Security

Detailed knowledge of HIPAA, NIST, PCI, HITRUST, and SOC

Experience with enterprise-level identity management
