As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide direct care to people with disabilities. DSPs are matched with a person to provide customized services in the family's home.

• In-Home Support Services where the DSP would go into the individual's family home and work directly with the individual, working towards their personal goals.

Your Job responsibilities include :

The ideal candidate must have :

Must be 16 years or older.

Have a valid driver's license

Ability to pass a background check.

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Proof of vehicle insurance.

Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral challenges is a plus

Able to work in a home with Dogs and or cats

Schedule

Monday- Friday 230pm-530pm

730am-530pm on non school days

occasional various evenings

Compensation & Location :

Competitive pay : $16-$18 per hour (DOE)

Location : Fargo

Background Check – Ensuring a safe and supportive environment. You must pass a background check generally that takes 2.5 weeks to complete.
