About This Position
The Associate Relations (AR) teams' purpose is to help protect T. Rowe Price at both a strategic and operational level through providing high quality data, advice, guidance, and learning; connecting people to the organization and acting as an organizational conscience delivering fair and commercial outcomes in line with T. Rowe Price values.
Role Summary
This Employee Relations Sr. HR Consultant role will sit within a broader associate relations team, and will primarily focus on support of strategic change initiatives, playing a pivotal role in supporting organizational restructuring and transformation efforts. This individual will leverage their expertise in project management and employment law to ensure that change processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Core Activities
AR Project management, consultation, and execution of organizational change initiatives
Associate consultations
Manager support and training
Support on broader AR projects, case management, and complex investigations within the team as required

Base Salary Ranges

$108,000.00 - $184,000.00 for the location of : Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$119,000.00 - $203,000.00 for the location of : Washington, D.C.
$135,000.00 - $230,000.00 for the location of : New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
