Responsibilities

Job duties include gathering personal information and entering data regarding their home, auto, specialty vehicle, or commercial business to build a quote and taking inbound lead calls to quote for insurance.

Requirements

• P&C Insurance License not required at hire, but will be required after probationary period (provided by Agency)
• Bilingual is beneficial
• Call center experience is beneficial.
• Must be able to multitask multiple screens at once.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Must be skilled at typing (30+ wpm)
• Must be detailed oriented!
• Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
• Have no felonies
• Must have reliable transportation and preferably live in or near South Arlington 76017
• Must complete the online Assessment to be considered.
• NOT a remote position
• M-F 9am -6pm
