A successful candidate is expected to have good attendance, good communication skills, able to solve process problems and work with others and work independently.
The candidate must also be able to use Microsoft Office Components Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and learn Tate and Lyle specific computer systems.
Employment is contingent on the student being enrolled at a university, satisfactorily completing their course work and continuing to take course work to complete a degree as a chemical engineer or other engineering discipline.
