Position Overview

As a part time Retail Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring share accounts and transactions are completed accurately. You'll troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and follow up on tasks that keep our credit union running efficiently. Your role supports both peers and members, and you'll be recognized as a subject matter expert thanks to your completion of elevated training requirements.

Retail Support Specialist

What You'll Do :

• Provide professional, positive support to peers and members across phone, in-person, and digital channels.
• Act as a resource for specialized account activities including membership applications, special account types, and outgoing wires.
• Conduct routine reviews of account activities performed by frontline staff with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, laws, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
