Salary :

• $1,150 / week; $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as follows : $500 after 90 days & $500 after 180 days
• Full-time salaried position,
• Responsible for supervision of 4-6 residential programs
• Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism
• Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
• Job responsibilities include an on-call rotation during evenings and weekends.
• Supervisory experience is required
• Requires one of the following :

A masters degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and / or autism, or
