Practice Details :
- Working out of 1 clinic location that houses 2 physicians and a strong group of Mid-Levels, brand new state of the art facility
- Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation
- 4 day week option
- Average patient volume around 20 patients per day with built in "ramp up" period
- No night or weekend responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits :
- 2-year salary guarantee around $275K+ (negotiable), plus RVU productivity bonus
- $300-$350K+ proven income first year
- $125K in recruitment incentives
