Shipping And Receiving Associate

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping And Receiving Associate to join our production and warehouse team. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials and products move efficiently through the facility from receiving raw goods to shipping out finished products to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect materials for quality or damage.
• Prepare and package outgoing orders following proper labeling, documentation, and handling procedures.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks while maintaining safe operating practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are stored in the proper locations.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Keep the shipping and receiving areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
