Director of Human Resources
LHH is seeking a Director of HR for a 130 employee family-owned manufacturing company in Thornton, CO.
This role will sit on the leadership team and be responsible for scaling the HR function by implementing new systems and processes.
This role will also focus on organizational development, including career-pathing, employee engagement, contingency planning, and on-boarding.
Job Functions :
- Create meaningful metrics and formulation strategic HR plans
- Sit on the leadership team and look at how HR affects the business holistically
- Supervise and direct HR processes (recruiting, retention, training, performance, productivity)
- Be responsible for full P / L of HR function
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience in HR leadership roles
- Experience scaling an HR function
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
