Data & AI Business Manager
The Data & AI Business Manager will have the opportunity to continue developing our Data & AI business within the US market. This role requires a self-driven individual with experience in Data & AI and a passion to make data accessible. You will develop a portfolio of solutions to help customers solve some of the most complex challenges in the energy industry, as we turn data into actions. Success in this role will depend on the ability to utilize technical and product knowledge while working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute programs to grow the Data & AI business.
- Establish frameworks that leverage SLB as technical advisors and thought leaders in Data & AI in the energy industry, Oil & Gas Sector.
- Advance in market presence with new and existent channels. Role will client-facing and expected to work strongly with partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and relationship management.
- Deliver, define, track, and report on key account management metrics, including retention, expansion, and sales pipeline performance.
- Exercise independent judgment to identify, diagnose, and resolve operational challenges to deliver consistent product experiences on business delivery.
- Promote local implementation and continuous improvement of the Operating Model and HSE Management Systems in line with SLB standards.
Qualifications and Experience :
