The role

As the Store Director, you will lead a talented team of Sales Leads and Team Members in a coffee marketplace setting. Your mission is to craft an exceptional guest experience that is warm, welcoming, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily coffee bar and retail marketplace operations to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for every guest.
• Identify innovative sales strategies to boost sales and achieve financial targets. Ensure inventory meets store needs.
• Manage payroll and controllable profit to meet financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with management and partners.
• Collaborate with the VP of Store Quality on short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing and diverse team, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and contributes to a memorable experience.
