We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assembly Shop Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position within our fast-paced manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly, with a strong commitment to quality, productivity, and team performance.

Responsibilities :

As an Assembly Shop Technician, your key responsibilities will include :

• Assembling, testing, and repairing various parts and equipment according to specified procedures and standards.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Using a variety of hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Performing quality checks to ensure that assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshooting assembly issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to improve assembly processes and achieve production goals.
• Documenting assembly actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce assembly time.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
